Exterior Remodeling
Customer Issue: Mrs. Bryan’s home looked plain and needed a fresh paint job.
Our Solution: First, we decided to install a stone walkway leading to the front door as well as two stone columns. Next, we added a gabled portico to protect guests from the weather elements. We also added stone framing to all windows and doors in order to create balance and unity with the newly added walkway and portico. Finally, we removed loose pieces of stucco, repaired the walls and painted them white.

Paver Walkway
Customer Issue: The customer bought a new outdoor property next to her house, and wanted a brick walkway to connect the new outbuildings to her house.
Our Solution: After tearing up the grass and dirt along the pathway, we filled the space with gravel and put two centimeters of sand over that. We used two sizes of brick paver to create a pinwheel design, sticking the pavers down and together using cement. We also left a foot of bare gravel on each side of the walkway, as the customer wanted a buffer between path and grass.

Stamped Concrete Patio
Customer Issue: Wanted a special design stamped on the concrete patio floor.
Our Solution: After examining and discussing the design with the customer, our team helped him choose colors for both the base concrete slab and the embossed textured surface and stamps that matched his preferences. The customer observed all the steps of the installation and was satisfied with the end product.

Flagstone Patio Pavers
Customer Issue: Old brick patio starting to crack and needed to either be repaired or replaced completely. Flagstone pavers were chosen to add a creative look to the patio.
Our Solution: Using professional equipment and following safety rules, our team removed the existing brick pavers, making sure the gravel base and the sand were properly compacted, and installed large, irregular flagstone slabs with mortared joints, making the surface permeable and appealing.

Landscaping Pavers
Customer Issue: Wanted a modern landscape design for his new patio.
Our Solution: Our team discussed the different options with the customer. His preferences were leaning towards a modern, streamlined, and sleek look. After creating a design he approved and formulating a work plan, we set to work. The solution was a paved area planted with a grid of greenery, made of concrete poured in sections, with herbs growing in between and a low retaining wall around.

Driveway Pavers Maintenance
Customer Issue: After the heavy winter rain the driveway pavers were showing signs of water damage.
Our Solution: Our team first inspected the driveway and identified chipped pavers along the edge, but the area was generally in good condition. The damaged pavers were carefully removed and replaced, and a protective sealant was added to the entire driveway in order to protect it from future potential water penetration.
